Finally an international cyclo-race for women in Luxembourg

A break, that lasted just one week, the good weather conditions in Luxemburg this weekend invited me to participate to the international cyclocross in Contern and honour the efforts of the organisator, who made a special womensrace.

This time I forced to much on start and 'cooked' myself a bit, so I couldn't follow the two best ladies, what under normal conditions with a correct training should have been no problem. The race through a bumpy fields caused me a lot of pain in my already painful back (have to see the osteopath this week) and I had not the necessary will to catch them back and just finished at my rhythm. Now I'm really gone for the break and start my real cyclocross season end of november in Koksijde or maybe the 23rd in Cessange.

For the moment I'll enjoy playing with our new puppy Hannoy.
