Training-camp Italy near Forli'

Hot.... very,very hot!!

The tropical temperatures of 35 to 39 degrees celsius made it very hard and we had to add a lot of drink-refill-stops to our sessions!

Anyway I passed a very nice week with some friends in a fantastic hotel, doing quite a lot of kms in the hills around Cesna and Forli in preparation for the next races:
